We work on your time, available any time, 24/7. Think of us like your personal laundromat, or private laundry service. Our team operates with you in mind, offering a solution to the age old question ‘What day should we do all the laundry?’. With Laundros, the answer is whenever. Don’t waste your holidays or work trips lugging your dirty clothes to the laundromat, wondering if your clothes will be laundered in time. You decide the pick up time, we take care of everything else. We have no weight limit on your bag - send it in your suitcase, or we can drop a bag to you, we know travelling can be complicated but your dirty laundry doesn’t have to be.

Our team begin the Laundros process as soon as it is collected, you will be updated during the service via text, whatsapp or email - notified when we have washed, dried, folded and pressed your items. You can choose to have them returned as soon as they are ready on time exactly as booked.

Simply yes! We know travel isn’t easy, sometimes you are in town for 12 hours or less, the weather may be terrible, you may have no car, or most importantly no time to do washing. That’s were we come in, unless we tell you otherwise, we are always open! If you book our No Rush Service we will be out after 3pm same day, if you booked the Express Press at 3am we would be picking up from the lobby by 330am. It goes without saying, if you booked the PressSix at 6am you would most certainly have them back by 12pm but likely much sooner, even on Sunday! Because while you rest, Laundros takes care of the dirty business. Rain, hail, public holiday or standard weekday - we will be there!

We will keep you updated via Whatsapp or email, at each stage - Collected, In the wash, Tumble drying, On the press, Ready for return.. If things change and you need things quicker, just let us know - we will prioritize your order.

We provide the convenience of a dry cleaning service, but in a private laundromat setting. Each load is weighed and washed individually, no mixing of clothes or other loads ever. If items are missing we will replace them and refund our service fees. We take clothes seriously!

While we can help with light stains, anything delicate, expensive, heavily stained or soiled should be seen by the professionals aka dry cleaning. They charge per piece for this reason, and would be best for tricky stains or delicate items.
